FAQs – Working with FITCO

After submitting your resume through this page, the relevant department managers (technical, commercial, or execution) review your background. This depends on your job position. The design engineering, commercial and administrative teams are mainly based at the head office (Gandhi Street). However, for the executive and supervisory teams, given the breadth of Fitco’s projects across the country, there is the possibility of rotating assignments to solar and industrial sites.

As an EPC and trading company, we attract a wide range of expertise. This includes electrical engineering (power and electronics), mechanical engineering, project management, technical sales experts, foreign trade, finance and human resources specialists.

Absolutely. “Continuous learning” is one of our core values. Given the nature of Fitco’s activities and cooperation with reputable brands, our colleagues are continuously undergoing technical training and updating their engineering knowledge in accordance with global standards.

At Fitco, technical expertise is a prerequisite, but not sufficient. We are looking for colleagues who, in addition to engineering and executive knowledge, are aligned with our organizational values such as “responsibility”, “results orientation” and “teamwork spirit”. The desire to learn and the ability to solve problems in challenging projects are the most important characteristics of the Fitco family members.
